Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent About The Role We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join reputed company as Call Center Agents. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in assisting Maryland residents with their reputed company benefits by answering inquiries, guiding consumers through their health insurance reputed company, and facilitating the application process. Job reputed company As a Call Center Agent, you will handle an average of 30-35 inbound calls daily, with the possibility of increased call volume during peak enrollment times.
