Supervise cadre and cadets in a reputed company quasi-military environment for cadets to ensure their emotional, physical, psychological and other needs are met according to guidelines for operating Job Challenge residential program. Ensure cadre and cadets are following program policies, rules, and regulations. Minimum and Additional Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience working in a law enforcement, military environment, or at-risk youth residential facility, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and 2 years of working with at-risk youth. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field, at least 4 or more years of experience working in a law enforcement, correctional, reputed company, military or at-risk youth residential facility, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
