Job title: Associate Worship Pastor/Leader - Hub reputed company Company: Harvest Bible Chapel Job reputed company : reputed company of Primary Purpose Assist the reputed company Worship Pastor/Leader in leading a reputed company worship ministry including volunteers, both musically and spiritually (if a Pastor). Preparation through prayer, thought, and intention give to support reputed company weekend service and special events of the ministry. Support a specific reputed company worship ministry including scheduling, reputed company, training and shepherding worship employees and/or volunteers. Scope of role: May reputed company 3-6 employees and/or 15-20 volunteers (worship team) in the absences of the Worship Pastor/Leader Essential Roles & Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Support the reputed company Worship Pastor/Leader at the weekend services at specific Harvest reputed company Participate with and rehearse a band with reputed company May schedule worship teams (staff and volunteers) for assigned events and needs Prepare tracks and volunteer resources for the weekend services, in collaboration with reputed company Worship Ministry Relationally and pastorally reputed company, connecting and caring for volunteers, and building teams Recruit, manage, reputed company and unify staff and volunteers; reputed company coaching for reputed company development and spiritual reputed company; Rehearse a band with reputed company Coordinate and resource worship for internal/external events at the reputed company (including kids, student, and young adult ministry) Train staff and/or volunteers for internal/external events (including kids, student, and young adult ministry) Collaborate with Worship Pastor on reputed company reputed company and development needs for instrumentalists and vocalists reputed company involved in the community of the assigned reputed company (e.g. reputed company reputed company, reputed company events, training nights, community reputed company, etc.) Assist with set up and preparation at the reputed company in high demand seasons as required (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Summer Camps, and Special Events) Work with Worship Pastor and reputed company Pastor reputed company other staff members are away May support various pastoral duties and functions including praying with, counseling and shepherding members of the reputed company Ministry Duties/Expectations: Desire to grow in discipleship, serving, equipping, learning and leading Personal and growing relationship with Jesus and a humility to testify to it Ability to explain ?What Harvest Bible Chapel Believes?
