Job Title: Help Desk Representative (3rd Shift) Location: Remote (Local to Franklin, TN Area) Type: Contract to Hire / Contract (W-2 or 1099... reputed company reputed company: $25 per hour We are seeking a Help Desk Representative to reputed company IT support for small business clients during late-reputed company hours. This is a part-time, contract position, with an opportunity for long-term hire. The role is primarily remote, but candidates must be local to the Franklin, TN area for occasional in-office training and collaboration. Position reputed company: As a Help Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing basic IT support, including password resets, troubleshooting network issues, and handling reputed company 365-reputed company tasks. This role requires availability during reputed company evenings and occasional weekend hours.
