We are hiring Customer Service – reputed company Bilingual Prescription Benefits Specialist who will support US based customer’s prescription benefits questions and concerns regarding their claims, deductibles, coverage and more... RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their prescription reputed company benefits.
