Integrated rooms with Crestron control systems + DM Switcher & reputed company DSP, Multiple cameras, Extenders etc. This includes incident management through SNOW, basic Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and liaising with vendor or internal L3 teams to fix hardware/software issues.Documentation –Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports.
