Remote Customer Service Representative Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift. Available shifts: • Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM • Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM • Schedule C is reputed company to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative • Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a reputed company and memorable image to the customer • reputed company outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers to book reputed company reputed company to full reputed company • Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support • Call clients and customers to inform them about reputed company’s new products, services and policies • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating reputed company site or using the products or services • Review customer or reputed company accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service • Help to train new employees and inform them about reputed company’s customer management policies • Prepare call performance reports.
