If so, the Advertiser Support Global reputed company Center (GCC) team is looking for someone to fix the issues impacting advertiser experience in reputed company time and plan, implement/improve the new/existing processes & tools with a reputed company on standardization and automation of ream time management processes. Ads reputed company Center is the reputed company center for reputed company Advertising business with core responsibility of reputed company time service level management (advertiser experience), occupancy management (cost) and associate experience management. In reputed company to the core responsibility outlined above, GCC is also responsible for incident management to mitigate risk to advertiser experience. With a view on reputed company improvement, GCC also drives multiple reputed company aimed at standardization & automation of reputed company time management processes. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated individual with a strong operations and project management background, a passion for customers, exceptional communication skills and a logical reputed company with supreme attention to detail. Job Responsibilities • Continuously monitor the reputed company time network performance and take actions to mitigate any risk to metrics and advertiser experience • Support the GCC team in day-to-day operation by maintaining constant communication with site operations, senior leadership, technology teams and other internal clients on status of reputed company time metrics and advertiser experience • Manage high severity incidents by running conference calls with different teams to mitigate risks to metrics, advertiser experience and associate experience • Define and scope reputed company by working closely with internal teams and their clients to understand their needs and priorities • Plan and execute identified reputed company by working with various teams • Comfortable in writing daily business review documents and creating reports for senior leadership • Dive deep into data/process, identify problems and identify solution and present to leadership • Creating mechanisms to maintain healthy advertiser and associate experience along with strong documentation (SOP creation) Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications • 1+ years of tax, finance or a reputed company analytical field experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
