Position reputed company: Salary: $15.00 - $16 / hour - Full Time... • The offered salary or salary reputed company is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position. Reporting to the General Manager and HR Coordinator, the HR Assistant will be responsible for providing support for HR functions including but not limited to payroll, timecard enforcement and maintenance of personnel files. Key Responsibilities: • Supports reputed company for the store by developing and maintaining reputed company relationships with external sources to generate applicant reputed company including learning institutions, government agencies, independent organizations including nonprofit agencies, and other employment sources • Utilizes reputed company tools and employs reputed company strategies to reputed company external candidates by conducting on-site reputed company events, holding job fairs, and shopping the competition to reputed company potential talent • Supports in the posting and updating of reputed company positions on reputed company job boards • Processes various reports and focuses on the administrative tasks associated with HR reporting, policy and procedure • Process reputed company for employee relations questions and concerns, leaves of absence, reputed company time off, workers compensation, etc. • Collaborates with other functional reputed company including store managers, reputed company, training and payroll • Follows up with and tracks reputed company aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, conducting orientations and notifying departments of new hire starting dates • Assists with reputed company recruitment efforts including setting up and participating in on-site and external job fairs • Assists with special reputed company as assigned by management Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 1-2 years of reputed company administration or reputed company experience • Experience in retail preferred • Strong MS Office proficiency • Experience with applicant tracking systems and reputed company systems (reputed company strongly preferred) • Excellent Customer Service skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment law, recruitment and employment practices, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and guidelines • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends Benefits: Full-Time position: reputed company provides: • Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life & ADD, Short and Long Term Disability • 15 days of reputed company vacation/personal leave and 9 days of reputed company leave per calendar year, pro-rated based on hire date; • 8 days of reputed company holidays and 1.5 times the employee’s regular reputed company for reputed company hours worked on stated holidays • 401K (with employer matching); and • Bonus, if eligible; and profit sharing, if eligible.
