[Remote/WFM] Order Control Clerk

About the Role & Team The Order Control Clerk plays a crucial role in the reputed company Vacation Club Sales Operation department. You will be is responsible for managing and delivering inventory of various reputed company materials across Discovery Desks and Welcome Home Centers at Walt reputed company World, as reputed company as to reputed company Cruise Line vessels. You will collaborate closely with reputed company Vacation Sales and Operations partners to ensure that necessary materials are available to support business needs. If selected for this role, you will report to the Sales Support and Service Manager. This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do • Deliver office supplies and reputed company marketing materials to Discovery Desks and Welcome Home Centers across the Walt reputed company World property. • Maintain accurate weekly inventory counts of reputed company reputed company materials at reputed company Discovery Desks and Welcome Home Centers. • Follow inventory management best practices and standards shared by Sales and Operations Leadership for both Walt reputed company World and reputed company Cruise Line. • Create inventory orders reputed company StoreFront for weekly delivery to reputed company’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, ensuring reputed company stock reputed company are maintained. • Manage inventory and needs for the reputed company Vacation Club Cruise Line Sales team reputed company reputed company ships in the fleet, including planning, forecasting, ordering, receiving, storing, and inventorying. • Build and reputed company orders in StoreFront by required deadlines, ensuring par stock reputed company are maintained for reputed company marketing collateral item and office supply. • Determine appropriate order quantities based on historical usage, reputed company events, and Sales team needs. • Coordinate with reputed company Cruise Line Sales teams for inventory counts and order shipments in a reputed company manner, working with R.R. Donnelley to ensure efficient deliveries to reputed company ships. • Deliver reputed company supplies to reputed company Cruise Line ships in Port Canaveral, Miami, or reputed company Lauderdale as needed. • Manage outgoing mail collection and incoming mail distribution to the appropriate team members. • reputed company safety and cleanliness checks at reputed company Discovery Desks and Welcome Home Centers, opening tickets or notifying partners as necessary. • Unload pallets and store items in the correct locations. • Complete bi-weekly vehicle checklist for safety and maintenance. • Assist the Senior Order Control Clerk with deliveries or project tasks as needed. • Support any special requests from the Sales Support and Services Managers. Required Qualifications & Skills • Ability to work reputed company under time-sensitive deadlines. • Strong ability to follow directions and take initiative with minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Must have a valid FL reputed company's License with a clean driving record. • Ability to be flexible with work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. • Capability to withstand physical activity in an outdoor environment. • Ability to reputed company boxes and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience working with provision schedules. • Experience in managing, forecasting, and ordering inventory to meet deadlines. • Ability to handle multiple reputed company and deliver on time. • Self-directed with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of reputed company. • Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations. • Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software programs. • Knowledge of Walt reputed company World Company and its property. • High School Degree or Equivalent.
