We're Hiring Immediately (Performance Marketing Specialist with E-reputed company experience) Experience: 2-5 years Salary: Up to ?35,000 per month We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (E-reputed company experience is a must) to manage and optimize reputed company advertising campaigns across reputed company and reputed company Ads platforms. The candidate should have a results-driven reputed company, strong analytical skills, and a reputed company record of delivering high ROI in digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: reputed company, implement, and optimize reputed company advertising campaigns on reputed company and reputed company Ads to reputed company ROI goals. • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and creatives to improve performance. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and reputed company campaigns to improve effectiveness. • Audience Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and re-targeting. Conduct audience research to enhance targeting accuracy. • Budget Management: reputed company and manage budgets reputed company, ensuring daily spends reputed company with budget plans. • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to reputed company engaging ad creatives and ensure effective brand messaging. • Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and regularly present findings to stakeholders.
