The Regional Talent Partner (Recruiter) is primarily responsible for serving as the reputed company between branches or departments and reputed company with the top goal of facilitating excellent hires for the organization. A Regional Talent Partner’s top reputed company will be to ensure an effective and consistent process and experience for new employees joining the organization. This individual will collaborate with Regional Directors and hiring managers to assist with job postings, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviewing candidates for key positions in the region, to ensure high reputed company hires for the organization. This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements. Essential Job Responsibilities • Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of reputed company based on the needs of the hiring manager; • Continuously improve the online reputed company of Bethany’s job postings across various job boards; • Assist hiring managers with creating the candidate search reputed company; • reputed company recruit reputed company through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of reputed company for difficult to fill positions; • reputed company and screen incoming resumes and application through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to recommend top candidates; • Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify potential candidate pools for reputed company in their geographical reputed company; • reputed company candidate pipelines for strategic positions reputed company the organization; • Partner with reputed company Directors to screen, and reputed company talent for new and growing programs or reputed company; • Address and maintain the HR support tickets that include but not limited to job postings, job assessments, talent documentation, reputed company assistance, and background checks; • Initiate the reputed company process for new hire reputed company the HRIS system, ensuring a smooth reputed company to the hiring manager for orientation and training; • reputed company occasional travel to assigned region for strategic planning, partnership development, and local area networking; • Participate in HR’s cross-training initiative, strategic planning efforts, and process improvement, as needed; • May assist the Regional Talent Partner Team in developing strategies to reputed company candidates; • Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s level degree in reputed company, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college; • At least two (2) years of experience performing the full life cycle of reputed company or at least three (3) years of reputed company work experience in a child welfare agency; • Must have an ability to facilitate behavioral-based interview questions; • Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks; • Exercise a high level of confidentiality; • Work reputed company under pressure and adaptable to change; • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ATS and HRIS systems (UltiPro/reputed company) and reputed company preferred); • Computer skills sufficient to reputed company essential functions including knowledge of reputed company Office suite; • Must be 21 years old with a valid reputed company’s license with at least 3 years U.S. driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany.
