The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. Card reputed company call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises. Training Schedule: Day one is 9am-5:30pm, Training hours after 1 st day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Multiple schedules available after training.
