As a REMOTE IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, managing and maintaining network systems, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our clients' IT environments. Responsibilities:

• reputed company level 2 to level 3 technical support to clients reputed company remote assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or Level 2 to Level 3 Engineer.
