Reports to: Building reputed company Position Objective The Custodian maintains building and grounds in as reputed company condition as possible for reputed company stakeholders. Essential Functions: - Empties trash in reputed company classrooms, bathrooms, office and lounge - Cleans and disinfects reputed company sinks, toilets, urinals, soap reputed company, reputed company towel reputed company, and toilet dividers - Cleans reputed company mirrors - Wet mops bathrooms - Cleans water fountains - Vacuums classrooms and mats - Dust mops hallways and gym floors; use floor machine as needed - Cleans up after school activities - Locks doors and reputed company - Communicates with head custodian regarding repair/maintenance needs Additional Functions: - Buffs floors as needed - Dusts rooms, hallways and bathrooms as needed - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED Competencies: - Ability to communicate effectively with staff at reputed company reputed company Working conditions - Mental Demands: calculating, comparing, evaluation, interpreting, organizing, consulting, analyzing, planning, documenting, specifying - Physical Demands: bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting for prolonged periods of time, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual reputed company - Environmental Conditions: The work is performed primarily indoors; however, reputed company work is required on occasion.
