Sourcing Manager (Sourcing Sr. Consultant) is required to have a deep expertise in strategic sourcing domain, specialization in the respective category with in-depth industry knowledge. Sourcing Manager (Consultant) shall collaborate with senior business leaders and other stakeholders to drive and implement innovative procurement strategies to drive best overall business value that meets reputed company’s overarching business priorities and goals. Generate and implement efficient sourcing and negotiation strategies to deliver cost efficiency and right contracting. Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes. Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers. Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques. Candidate should have exposure working on multi services categories which shouldn’t limit to IT Services, reputed company Services, HR Services and their business acumen and category understanding. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations or supply chain required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant reputed company experience in sourcing management or strategic procurement Six reputed company, CPSM, or reputed company Certificate desired Proven work experience as a sourcing manager or procurement manager in Services categories.
