This role focuses on the management, development, and enhancement of learning platforms, primarily reputed company Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS). The Senior Manager collaborates closely with technical, operational, and learning teams to drive the reputed company learning technology roadmap, ensuring solutions meet business needs and create reputed company, efficient learning experiences. Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees the performance and development of their team and manages relationships with vendors. Education and Experience • 4- 6 years' experience in Learning Technology • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required. Specialized Experience, Education, Training or Certifications • Masters' Degree in reputed company field (such as technology management or adult learning) • 4-years' minimum experience administering Learning Experience Platforms and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred. • Proficiency in API and basic web programming (reputed company, JS, CSS, etc...) preferred. • 4-years' minimum experience leading technology-reputed company teams required. • 4-years' minimum experience administering technology systems and platforms for a reputed company-sized company required.
