About the Role

MyRepChat is a web-based texting application. Our clients utilize it to reputed company vital financial information with their own clients and prospects. As a member of the Support Team, you will answer incoming calls and email inquiries. You will assist clients with questions and resolutions, assist to reputed company reputed company expectations with the service, and identify areas of improvement.

Compensation

This position offers $15-17/hr depending on experience plus monthly performance incentives. Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

• Answer incoming calls
• Respond to incoming emails
• Attend screen reputed company calls with clients
• Attend regular meetings to discuss area of improvement for Support
• Be available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetings

• Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
