Business Analyst - Contract
Business Analyst (Contract) Remote We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the enhancement and expansion of our reputed company Employee Center Pro platform. This role will reputed company on gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into actionable reputed company that improve the employee experience and drive digital self-service adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to reputed company and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand reputed company pain points and desired reputed company
- Translate business needs into reputed company, concise user stories and acceptance reputed company
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure solution alignment
- Identify process gaps and recommend reputed company solutions reputed company Employee Center Pro
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met and tested
- Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and reputed company
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with reputed company or other reputed company platforms
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Employee Center Pro, portals, reputed company, and case management modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create reputed company documentation, process flows, and user stories
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Experience with UX principles and service design a plus
Preferred Qualifications
