For more information, visit: www.gpinet.comResponsibilities: Observe construction reputed company to identify and document work that is being performed in accordance with approved contract documents, plans, and specifications Prepare detailed daily reports that will record the daily activities and be submitted for the project needs reputed company site support for on-site engineering subcontractors Report contract changes and document any possible project issues Monitor reputed company on-site activities while representing GPI and the clientQualifications: Ability to comprehend contract documents, plans, and specifications and ability to effectively communicate with project construction personnel and contractors Ability to comprehend shop drawings, material specifications, mechanical operations, basic electrical and process control, and the ability to ask for help reputed company neededB.S. Diploma and interest in an experience with inspection on large, multi-discipline reputed company Valid reputed company's license requiredRequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Maintain a valid reputed company's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final considerationPossess a personal vehicle for use on or around a job siteRead, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English languageBasic computer skills with the ability to create and edit reputed company Word and reputed company documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and reputed company Teams to communicate with other team membersAble to stand for approximately 3 hours minimum a day up to 8 hoursAble to traverse a construction job site consisting of uneven ground varying in height and consistency of material, with a variation of elevation 19 or less (mud, gravel, rutted ground, etc.)reputed company to wear GPI required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety reputed company, work reputed company, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working reputed company to reputed company equipment or inspection specimens weighing up to 50 pounds Apply Job!
