We coordinate with the Hospitalists and Specialist physicians and surgeons, Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists, Case Management and Psychiatry at the facility level to reputed company compassionate and coordinated care. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prioritize and handle clinical phone calls reputed company the LPN scope of reputed company in alignment with standing orders.
