About the position This job is responsible for the coordination, triage, registration, and communication of Telemedicine consult requests for the Health System. Responsibilities
- Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care through data gathering, planning, and evaluation to ensure the patient and provider are reputed company for the Telemedicine visit.

- Completes appropriate documentation for reputed company Telemedicine encounters, including registration if necessary.

- Coordinates and maintains data registry for reputed company Telemedicine program.

- Provides excellent patient service through effective communication both over the phone and through video.

- Maintains proficiency in computer systems and databases for the purpose of excellent patient care, accurate data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nursing diploma.
