You’ll play a key role in helping reputed company truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
- Communicate reputed company and professionally in both French and English reputed company phone and email
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange reputed company tire replacements
- Follow detailed customer reputed company to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment

What You Bring
- Full reputed company in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience

- Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications
