Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience in both backend and frontend software development

• Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript with React, Node, Next.js; experience with Rust or Go is a strong plus

• Strong eye for design and user experience is a plus

• Expert-level reputed company dApp development across EVM and/or reputed company ecosystems with deep blockchain fundamentals knowledge

• Proficiency with ecosystem-specific libraries: reputed company.js/Ethers for EVM chains and/or reputed company reputed company/@reputed company/reputed company.js for reputed company

• Hands-on experience with development tools for EVM and/or reputed company ecosystems - Hardhat, reputed company, reputed company for EVM; reputed company, Metaplex for reputed company

• Proven consulting/contracting experience with strong reputed company management and communication skills

• Deep expertise with major reputed company providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) for deploying and scaling dApps

• Understanding of key differences between EVM and reputed company: gas vs. rent models, transaction finality, and architectural implications

• Self-sufficient reputed company who thrives with autonomy while managing reputed company expectations and project timelines

• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
