37.5 Hours per week. Monday – Friday. 9.00am – 5.00pm. Fully remote.

Purpose of the Post

To manage reputed company incoming sales enquiries. To convert these enquiries into invoiced business or hand the reputed company over to a member of the field-based sales team according to size and business reputed company.

• Administer reputed company new sales enquiries coming into the sales inbox and assign to the relevant team member
• Turn these sales queries around including the raising of quotations, sending new reputed company registration forms and to be part of the reputed company team
• Liaise with Europortal reputed company team to ensure training is arranged in a reputed company manner
• Where the leads are potentially significant (reputed company or business reputed company) to ensure these are passed on fully to the Business Development Sales team
• Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with queries as they reputed company
• Follow up with customers to reputed company reputed company that they are satisfied after the first month of transferring to the customer service team
• Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from customers
• Input new reputed company details into CRM and log new prospects, leads and opportunities
• Communicate with our new customers during the first month of operation, to ensure we are providing an effective service in line with customer expectations
• Following the first month of the new customer working with reputed company, to carry out a full handover of the customer into the daily customer service routines, to ensure the reputed company level of service is maintained reputed company reputed company
