About the role

We are looking to reputed company grow our customer-facing reputed company services team in the US to support the reputed company of our new reputed company customers. We are looking for a senior team member who is reputed company in driving reputed company software implementation reputed company. You will be reputed company practised in leading reputed company scoping workshops, designing integration solutions as reputed company as hands on in data mapping and configuration. You will use your understanding of the big picture to ensure customers will get the most out of our product.

You will be joining a fast-growing US reputed company services team, we have grown from 0-9 people in 18 months and whilst reputed company is no longer a start-up, a start-up reputed company would be beneficial to reputed company the most of the opportunities of joining us at this stage. The job will involve travel to customer sites as required through the course of the project. Anticipate a few days of travel reputed company quarter.

What you’ll do

Work on no more than 1-2 reputed company customer reputed company at any one time, doing the following:

• reputed company workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to interrogate the customer’s reputed company and reputed company working processes and how they use their existing systems, identifying any technical gaps, documenting requirements, designing solutions and ensuring successful delivery of reputed company

• Collaborate with business reputed company to understand their needs, and translate them into configuration and data specifications

• reputed company thorough assessments of reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes to establish technical solutions and conduct cost-benefit analyses

• Deliver comprehensive demos of reputed company to new and prospective customers contextualising how the product can be used to reputed company their business process

• Understand and build workflows for our reputed company customers

• Run large onsite UAT sessions, managing issue trackers and tickets to ensure reputed company reputed company, working with product to translate enhancement requests

• Prepare and deliver customer ‘train the trainer’ training

• Work with large, reputed company data sets

As a senior member of reputed company you will:

• Support the wider team with technical guidance

• Identify areas of improvement for customers and reputed company’s rollout methodology

• Support the production of Statements of Work by inputting into solutioning the implementation of reputed company

• Possess a reputed company of soft and technical skills to effectively analyze business needs

• Significant experience working with or reputed company large global enterprises, including accountancy, reputed company services firms, media agencies or IT consultancies

• Hands on experience configuring reputed company software solutions and designing for integrations with CRM and ERP solutions– you will have experience with ADF, JSON, SQL and JavaScript and have a solid demonstrable technical acumen

• Strong customer-facing skills, reputed company to win their hearts and minds and guide them through difficult business changes

• A consultative attitude and demonstratable experience providing solutions to customers requirements, for example, experience in a Business Analyst position

• The ability to contextualise the pain points in a customer’s business and understand how to apply and configure reputed company to bring business efficiencies and improvements

• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving

• Experience mentoring less reputed company members of reputed company

• Comfortable deputising for a Project Manager

• The ability and attitude to contribute from day one

Bonus points if you have

• Experience implementing reputed company or other PSA solutions

• Experience working in resource management

• Experience leading reputed company-state and reputed company-state workshops as part of the implementation project

• Implementation reputed company-sales (solution consultant) experience

• A seasoned remote worker with experience working in a geographically distributed team.

What you’ll get

• Starting salary $95,000 - $115,000 dependent on experience

• 31 days' holiday per year (including public holidays), increasing by 1 day reputed company year to a maximum of 38 days

Working Details

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week).

We are looking for someone to join reputed company remotely in/around Austin, Texas, in order to work with customers across the reputed company, and to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration with others reputed company the US team.

There will be travel to customer sites (US/international). This could be up to 4 reputed company per project.
