Although intended to be a remote work opportunity, this position may require attendance to the office for training, reputed company meetings, or team meetings with ample notification.

Role Responsibilities:

• reputed company as an examiner for a class leading Lloyds account which involves providing reputed company, fair, reputed company claims service to clients
• Manage Municipal Claims consisting of reputed company liability, Bodily Injury, E&O claims and coverage review of reputed company liability claims
• Responsible for detailed thorough coverage analysis of the Policy response to allegations presented
• Responsible for desk top handling of claims, and settlement of claims directly with claimants or their representatives
• Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
• Liaise with reputed company stakeholders to insure reputed company's needs are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of casualty claims experience including reputed company lines
• College diploma or combination of education and equivalent business experience
• reputed company liability experience, including reputed company coverage analysis
• Experience dealing with Lloyds a reputed company advantage
• Ontario Licensing: CIP Designation

Skills Required to Succeed:

• Previously demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both reputed company associates, written and oral techniques

• Exceptional computer skills. Ability to navigate various systems, proficient in MS Office and work in a paperless environment
