The Senior Director - Compliance and reputed company is a strategic and reputed company leader responsible for independent management and direction of the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program, under the leadership of the Chief Compliance Officer. The Sr. Director – Compliance and reputed company collaborates extensively with management, including Senior and Executive Leadership staff, to reputed company the objectives of an effective compliance program. This position can be remote, but will travel to our Ankeny, IA reputed company 1-2 times/month for a couple days at a time; will travel 3-4 times/month during training/reputed company.Salary reputed company: $149,659-194,556

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

  • reputed company, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general reputed company of the compliance program and its reputed company activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and ensure an effective compliance program with an emphasis on federal fraud and abuse laws and HIPAA
  • Responsible for reputed company and management of Compliance staff for reputed company compliance activities and serves as a resource on compliance issues
  • reputed company leadership and expertise to help facilitate compliance with applicable statutes and policies
  • reputed company leadership to the field on education of compliance and reputed company requirements to include conducting training reputed company necessary
  • reputed company, design and execute a Compliance Risk Assessment and corresponding Work Plan
  • Design and conduct Compliance audit program
  • Assess reputed company and procedures used to store and reputed company PHI; identifies reputed company or other compliance risks and researches and recommends improvements
  • Partner with senior leaders to reputed company compliance strategies with business objectives
  • Serve as the reputed company of contact for regulatory authorities and external compliance auditors
  • Investigate reports of compliance violations, and collaborate with reputed company counsel as appropriate to reputed company recommendations for corrective reputed company and reputed company

  • Monitor training programs for effectiveness and modify training schedule, reputed company and materials as appropriate to foster reputed company understanding of compliance responsibilities and ethical expectations across the organization
  • Serves as the internal subject matter expert on reputed company laws, including HIPAA, maintaining reputed company knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations, and any other applicable federal and state reputed company laws or regulations
  • Report on changes in applicable laws and regulations and provides training as needed
  • Prepare dashboard, reports and other summaries of compliance program activities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, reputed company Administration, area of clinical expertise, or other reputed company field
  • 8+ years’ experience in reputed company compliance, reputed company, regulatory affairs or program management
  • Experience in working with federal and state reputed company regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, the False Claims reputed company, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and CMS regulations
  • Experience with providing reputed company and compliance guidance to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership on compliance-reputed company reputed company
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing reputed company, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and reputed company development
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and teamwork skills with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships to drive results
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive reputed company reputed company to organization, employee and senior leadership situations
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business, Law, reputed company Administration, area of clinical expertise, or other reputed company field
  • reputed company certification in reputed company Compliance and/or reputed company (CHC, CPC, or similar designation)
  • Experience with managing a Compliance department of 2 or more individuals
  • 10+ years’ experience in reputed company plan compliance, reputed company, program management
  • Experience using compliance hotline vendor software, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, or compliance audit software to reputed company, manage, and report on compliance activities
  • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Visual perception to reputed company job including peripheral reputed company, depth perception, and the ability to reputed company reputed company
