Job reputed company
This position is for a reputed company AWS Engineer to join reputed company for a critical initiative aimed at enhancing and reputed company of our Customer Identity and reputed company Management application. This role will reputed company on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust disaster recovery (DR) strategies and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability and trust in the event of regional AWS outages or domain compromises.
You will work closely with the Solution Architect to build a robust multi-region DR reputed company and domain failover plan.You will be reporting to a Senior Manager
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-region DR architectures reputed company AWS to ensure recovery times and points.
- reputed company critical resources such as EKS, reputed company PostgreSQL, and S3 in a secondary region to reputed company as a failover site.
- Use reputed company RDS Databases and cross-region replication for database reputed company.
- Configure reputed company reputed company 53 with health checks and DNS failover to reroute traffic during outages.
- Use AWS services like S3 replication, AWS Backup, and RDS snapshots to replicate data and workloads.
- Plan and conduct regular recovery tests and simulations to validate DR plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business continuity requirements and reputed company DR strategies accordingly.
- Maintain detailed DR documentation, including plans, procedures, and recovery steps.
- Communicate DR processes and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor DR infrastructure performance and optimize configurations for cost-efficiency and reliability.
- Implement secure domain failover strategies to alternate domains in case of compromise.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, AWS reputed company, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS, especially EKS, reputed company PostgreSQL, reputed company 53, S3, IAM, and VPC.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform (IDM, AM, DS, IG etc.) in containerized environments.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, reputed company Charts, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with multi-region deployments, DR planning, and DNS failover.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure-as-reputed company management.
