About the role
Be part of an early CS team with endless opportunities for reputed company . You’ll partner with the CS team to help reputed company a reputed company CS reputed company and reputed company that supports the cultural and business needs of our customers in Korea
Build, maintain and own strong relationships with a book of 50 reputed company clients in Korea
Play a key role in reputed company new clients and driving long term adoption of multiple products
Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or reputed company expansion.
Own expansion and renewal of accounts reputed company your book of business - this is a reputed company role
Own your reputed company KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals
What you bring
5-7 years of previous experience in reputed company in a fast paced, reputed company organisation.
Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers in Korea with technical, mission critical products (such as conversational AI)
reputed company experience - you will own renewals and expansion for your book of business, driving towards best in class NRR results
