The Recall Analyst will play a critical role in managing and coordinating recall reputed company, ensuring that manufacturers effectively communicate product issues to their clients. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting recall management activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Call Handling:

• Serve as the primary contact reputed company participating in recall reputed company.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls reputed company to recall inquiries, providing accurate and reputed company information.
• Facilitate completion of protocol-specific tasks remotely using the telephone, email, fax, and various portals.

Documentation Management:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education & experience:

• College certificate or equivalent experience (12 years of studies);
• Previous experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical a plus;
