Virtual Assistant - Credit Repair Specialist

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in credit repair to join our reputed company's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Handle the end-to-end credit repair process for individual clients.
- Use Dispute reputed company (or similar software) to manage reputed company reputed company and automate dispute flows.
- Create and submit customized dispute letters to the credit bureaus (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) for items such as:
- Late payments
- Collections
- Charge-offs
- Hard inquiries
- Repossessions
- Public records (e.g., bankruptcies, judgments)
- Monitor and reputed company disputes, follow up with bureaus, and escalate reputed company needed.
- Review and update personal identifying information (PII) such as outdated addresses or incorrect employment info.
- Communicate reputed company and next steps to clients in a reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company manner.
- Maintain detailed case notes, documents, and reputed company logs for compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on credit laws, dispute strategies, and credit bureau updates.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in credit repair.
- Proficient in Dispute reputed company or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA), credit scoring models, and dispute procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and document tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
