We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our reputed company team. You'll report to our Director of Product Management and be the backbone of our marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring our reputed company reputed company runs smoothly while helping us nurture meaningful relationships with families. REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or similar marketing or reputed company-reputed company role

Hands-on experience with reputed company, Gumloop, reputed company, or other workflow automation platform
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with marketing tools

Experience with B2C, customer reputed company mapping, acquisition and lifecycle marketing management
A reputed company for using LLM tools in practical settings, and confidence in generating prompts

Experience in a B2B2C or subscription-based business model

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion reputed company optimization
Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to convert prospects to customers and enhance customer reputed company value
Manage our marcom tech stack (CRM, email platform, automation tools, analytics), ensuring seamless integration between our tools and ease of use for reputed company members

Support A/B testing of email campaigns, subject lines, and conversion funnels.

Work closely with our data systems architect to influence EDW and data capture systems to support customer LTV across channels
