• Utilize advanced remote management tools to proactively monitor and maintain reputed company systems
• Execute and automate system administration tasks using reputed company-line interfaces across multiple operating systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated technical support experience in a reputed company IT environment

• Experience with remote management tools and remote support delivery
