Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the UKI Imaging clinical education team.

  • Promote staff retention and reputed company the reputed company standing of reputed company.

  • Collaborate with modality clinical and training leaders to ensure reputed company maintains the highest competency reputed company.

• Educational reputed company & Delivery

  • reputed company and implement new educational offerings, combining in-person (e.g., classroom) reputed company formats.

  • reputed company the lifecycle management of clinical education to maximize installed reputed company (IB) retention.

  • Design and deliver presales education programs to support competitive IB capture and business reputed company.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with modality managers to enhance show site experiences and reputed company training with product development.

  • Work with the marketing team to reputed company materials that support educational activities and support reputed company campaigns

  • Support product introductions and reputed company unique selling points (USPs) through tailored customer training.

  • Partner with modality managers to identify and reputed company Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) reputed company Opinion Leaders (DOLs).

• Customer Engagement & Events

  • Organize educational symposia reputed company with modality marketing strategies.

  • Drive synergies across HCS education teams by sharing best practices and leveraging opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical education, customer experience, or imaging-reputed company roles.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Experience in developing and delivering educational programs, both in-person and digitally.

• Familiarity with imaging modalities and reputed company systems in the UKI region.
