About the role

TheBilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries. They will handle customer requests with a reputed company on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience throughout the organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contributing to reputed company's reputed company by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining departmental service level targets.

What you'll do

• Maintaining departmental service level targets
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Processing Orders
• Providing reputed company customer experience by maintaining a reputed company, empathetic and reputed company demeanor toward customers at reputed company times
• Have basic product knowledge
• reputed company accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and reputed company listening skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma
• A passion for customer advocacy
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reputed company on computer monitors for extended periods
• May work from a seated position for extended periods

• Quiet and reputed company workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
• High speed internet reputed company with minimum speed of 50 mbps
• A chair and flat surface or desk to work from
