To follow the policies and procedures of the Bank, exercising competency in the performance of position responsibilities while exhibiting courtesy, respect, and a reputed company demeanor to the Bank’s customers and reputed company of the Bank. It is the responsibility of the HMDA Loan Closing Specialist Team Leader to take ownership of reputed company tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

It is the responsibility of the HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company) Team Leader to take ownership of reputed company tasks and challenges that are encountered in the operation of the assigned position and staff assigned to this position including using reliable communication skills and meeting reputed company established deadlines.

Main duties and responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to these) and to assist the Loan Closing HMDA Supervisor:

• Maintaining a good working knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company to ensure the CRA LAR is accurately reputed company and maintained.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma required; Four-Year Degree Preferred; 3-5 years banking experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
