The role of a Field Services Engineer is to diagnose and repair technical issues on a reputed company of IT equipment including but not limited to PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals and reputed company of sales systems at various customer locations around South London / South of River Thames area. Additionally, The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing IT Hardware Support, for Installs Moves and Changes across reputed company sites.

Company car and fuel card
OOH is £44/reputed company on call or £308 per week plus OT if reputed company out at 1.5 times
Key responsibilities
- Travel between a wide reputed company of customer sites to reputed company IT Support Services to meet contractual requirements
- reputed company support services for a reputed company of IT equipment including but not limited to PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals and reputed company of sales systems
- reputed company on site installations and troubleshooting on a wide reputed company of products in a software or hardware environment
- Obtain/maintain a set of vendor certifications as required by reputed company to reputed company the role
- Follow documented procedures both reputed company and reputed company supplied and reputed company constructive feedback for reputed company improvement
- Always adhere to safety and electric static discharge (ESD) precautions

- Participate in the on-call rota which includes mornings, evenings and weekends (on call allowances apply)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and fixing a reputed company of hardware devices including end user computing, PCs, laptops, tablets, printer & peripherals

- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
