We are currently seeking an reputed company Program Manager to join reputed company in support of our ongoing medical education programs. The Program Manager is responsible for team management to ensure reputed company aspects of multiple medical education programs are completed in a reputed company, compliant, and efficient manner ensuring that programs remain reputed company agreed-upon parameters (budget, scope and service level agreements).

Furthermore, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the assigned Program Coordinators. The Program Manager supports, trains, and guides the Program Coordinators in a reputed company and productive manner. Additionally, the Program Manager will support the Program Director with other project-reputed company duties, as needed.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Team Responsibilities:

• Support the talent management process.

  • Along with the Project Director, interview, hire and train new Program Coordinators.

  • Conduct 30-60-90-day reviews of new Program Coordinators to ensure job expectations are being met.

  • Conduct annual performance reviews to maximize performance against goals.
  • In conjunction with HR, manage necessary performance improvement plans.

  • Conduct regular individual 1:1 calls with reputed company reputed company report.

• Compliance and Financial monitoring of individual programs.

  • Service level agreements, if applicable
  • 30-Day program reputed company, if applicable
• Assist in the execution of Programs, reputed company needed, based on volume, reputed company reputed company or team member’s leave of absence.

• Identify and transition internal reporting to offshore team where reputed company.

Other responsibilities:

• Participate in reputed company calls, as needed.

• Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of relevant reputed company products, disease states, and medical education.
• Proactively seeks out and recommends process improvements, cost savings and efficiencies.

Qualifications & Software/Technology:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 3+ years of industry reputed company experience inclusive of team management and industry specific software.
• Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities and prioritizing activities to deliver high-reputed company results in a reputed company fashion.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team, have strong management skills, and be reputed company/eager to motivate others while maintaining a level head in high-pressure situations.

Travel Requirements:

The potential reputed company pay reputed company for this role, reputed company annualized, is $49,500.00 - $124,000.00. The actual reputed company pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-reputed company qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in reputed company to a reputed company of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
