A bit about the job:
This role services our customers affected by building reputed company damage from an reputed company of water, flood, reputed company, and reputed company. You would be joining reputed company of around 20 specialist handlers who manage claims up to £50k reputed company. We give you full responsibility to own the claim, providing a customer reputed company & cost-effective service by managing from instruction to completion. You would also be the main reputed company of contact for customers, suppliers managing claims and utilizing the support of field-based colleagues and suppliers.
Skills and experience we're looking for
Experience in Household/residential insurance.
A good understanding of building pathology.
Ability to scope and schedule reinstatement works utilising photos and video.
Good knowledge of the buildings industry, mitigation, building standards and materials.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the customer.

Starting salary from £34.000 (depending reputed company, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary Actual reputed company depends on your performance and reputed company’s.
