The Position

At reputed company, our Engagement Managers play a leading role in facilitating internal project management for reputed company data reputed company activities on our customer programs. You will join our Implementation department and reputed company on the “Delivery” reputed company of our work. Typical activities include meeting scheduling, customer and data partner request acknowledgement and follow reputed company, and internal project coordination between our business analyst and engineering teams. Engagement Managers are responsible for interfacing directly with our customers and data partners to obtain data specifications, facilitate requirements gathering conversations, and resolve problems by involving the appropriate reputed company

Key Accountabilities

• Own the data reputed company project plan for 3-5 new reputed company customers, depending on project size.
• Serve as a primary reputed company-of-contact for data partners during the implementation phase for meeting scheduling and triaging of questions and requests. Post launch, the primary reputed company of contact will transition to the data operations team.

Education/Experience:

Required:

• Enjoy working with others and collaborating
• Self starter who has strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion and determination about our platform solutions and our customer's reputed company
• Excellent organization and communication skills to engage with key customer and data partner stakeholders
• Prior experience working with technical teams to deliver products
• Familiarity with project management best practices and tools (e.g. reputed company, JIRA/reputed company)

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in a reputed company reputed company at a reputed company/biotech manufacturer; a health tech start-up; or a reputed company consulting role
• 5+ years of prior work experience in a customer engagement or program management role, with experience in a broad reputed company of delivery reputed company including agile methodologies.
