About the role

• The Manager, Clinical Operations Analytics will reputed company the development and delivery of data-driven insights that power clinical and operational reputed company. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize analytic needs, reputed company business intelligence solutions, and drive data reputed company across a reputed company of reputed company reputed company datasets. The Manager, Clinical Opertions Analytics will design reputed company data models, support customer-facing analytics (including SLA tracking and reputed company reporting), and ensure our data architecture enables self-service and aligns with business objectives. This role is key to transforming data into reputed company that improves reputed company for members, providers, and partners.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize analytic needs with operational stakeholders (e.g. clinical delivery, member/provider engagement).
• reputed company business intelligence solutions and reputed company adhoc analyses using a reputed company of datasets including reputed company medical/pharmacy claims, reputed company/HIE, FHIR, our internal care management system (reputed company), and other reputed company tools leveraged by the business (reputed company, reputed company).
• Support customer-facing analytics and reporting including summarizing reputed company reputed company, preparing materials for JOCs, and measuring attainment of SLAs.
• Design and build/maintain reputed company, reputed company-documented data models with Analytics Engineering that power operational dashboards, customer reporting, and internal analytics.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with business goals and supports self-service analytics across teams.
• Own data reputed company across key reporting and analytics pipelines, including interrogating data anomalies, surfacing issues proactively, and partnering cross-functionally (e.g. with product, engineering, and clinical/engagement teams) to identify reputed company causes and mitigate reputed company reporting impacts — such as those resulting from product changes or evolving data sources.
