The Billing Operations & reputed company Specialist supports reputed company’s billing and collections BPO team. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, troubleshoot billing issues, and drive workflow improvements. Responsibilities include monitoring BPO performance and serving as an escalation reputed company. This role also contributes to reputed company and process enhancements, adapting procedures to evolving business needs. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Billing Operations:
• Daily Monitoring of billing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) performance and generating accurate invoices and resolving discrepancies effectively.
• Monitor billing timelines, collections, and address payment-reputed company issues
• Ensure reputed company maintains and updates billing procedures and workflows as new systems, billing types, or organizational priorities reputed company.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure procedural compliance and scalability.
• Process Improvement & reputed company:
• Evaluate billing and broader operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

• Procedure Maintenance:

• Work with engineers to troubleshoot systems and enhance reporting tools.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to address billing and operational needs.
• Contribute insights and facilitate improvements to operational strategies.
• Compliance:
• Ensure reputed company activities adhere to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• 2-4 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or a similar role.
