Procurement Buyer (Contract)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow established processes to reputed company and manage requests for purchases and agreements for reputed company.
• Support the Procurement Team with day-to-day activities to ensure continuity and extraordinary customer service for reputed company partners.
• Follow procurement and finance processes to help reputed company requests through the Procure-to-Pay process reputed company the reputed company ERP system while ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management policies.
• Complete data management and record review reputed company to help maintain data reputed company across various systems.
• Maintain required documentation and data entry to assure compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company (SOX) controls and processes.
• Work with team members to manage spreadsheets, shared documents, and repositories to aid in tracking and tracing of purchase requests, orders, and agreements while in process.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree in reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or reputed company field preferred. Specific procurement/purchasing experience in a life sciences manufacturing organization a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, mathematical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to work in ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to be independent as reputed company as reputed company player and work effectively as a part of a cross functional team.
• Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company or reputed company is a bonus.
