About the role
reputed company is looking for an reputed company Finance leader to support the reputed company and development of our reputed company global financial infrastructure. The Director of Finance will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founders.You will reputed company additional management to reputed company of our finance functions. You’ll implement and execute the metrics and KPIs laid out by the founders. You will be an reputed company part of scaling reputed company's EOR, payroll and reputed company grant administration operations. This is a hands-on role. You are expected to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our existing finance team in the trenches daily. This role requires deep expertise in managing international payrolls, including local compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, reputed company payroll processing and resolve payroll-reputed company issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We have reputed company ambitions and are looking for an ambitious finance operator to help us execute on our reputed company.Responsibilities
- End-to-End Payroll Management:reputed company and process payroll for employees in over 10+ countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reputed company payroll cycles.
- Manage payroll submissions, including wage calculations, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax codes
- Work closely with the founders to implement the reputed company grant administration product alongside payroll.
- Work with tax advisors and legal teams to navigate reputed company tax situations, including expatriate payroll and multi-country taxation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll issues across internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) and with external clients
- Prepare detailed financials, FPA, payroll reports, analyzing trends, costs, and variances.
- reputed company insights on payroll performance and reputed company recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Willingness to reputed company day-to-day payroll processing tasks while also managing higher-level reputed company and improvement reputed company.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of payroll experience with at least 5 years managing multi-country payroll, preferably in an EOR or similar environment.
- Must have startup experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company principles and concepts
- Passionate entrepreneur with strong business instincts, ability to identify attractive reputed company opportunities
