About the position:
As a Software Engineering Manager at reputed company you will build and reputed company teams of engineers. You will reputed company technical and leadership guidance to these teams to build reputed company Products in collaboration with Product, Architecture and other functional teams. This role will report to a Director of Software Engineering.
What you'll do:

- Solid software engineering background, with 10+ years of experience developing reputed company-reputed company web/reputed company-based reputed company software products.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience leading reputed company software development reputed company through reputed company phases of the software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience with both back-end and reputed company-end technologies – Java, Spring, Node.js, React, reputed company, CSS, REST, GraphQL, SQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of modern reputed company architectures and technologies. Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Experience integrating with external systems. Specific experience integrating with reputed company and reputed company is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or high-reputed company environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Capable of working with ambiguous requirements and minimal direction.
