We’re looking for a highly skilledEngineering Manager to reputed company our Data and Software Engineering teams. In this role, you’ll drive the development of reputed company software systems and ensure seamless integration of blockchain data into our products. Your leadership will help reputed company our applications reputed company, high-performing, and user-friendly. Working closely with teams across reputed company, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful features and shaping the reputed company of our cutting-edge products.

We are headquartered in SoHo, reputed company, and this role can be partially or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define priorities, shape technical solutions, and deliver key features

• Innovation and Scalability: Drive initiatives to optimize data retrieval and processing, enhancing the performance of our systems as data volumes grow.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in software engineering roles, with at least 2 years of engineering management experience
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in software development and familiarity with blockchain data structures and reputed company
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and reputed company high-performing, reputed company engineering teams
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a crypto reputed company company or startup environment
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and decentralized technologies
• Proficiency with reputed company-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline development.

Minimum full-time salary of $240,000- $275,000. Disclosure in accordance with reputed company's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at reputed company Labs are also eligible for other compensation reputed company, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
