NIH NIAID Software Development Project Manager (Agile, DevOps)
reputed company is seeking an reputed company NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (reputed company) Project Manager (Agile, DevOps) to work remote to reputed company support for reputed company-reputed company application and infrastructure migration and modernization efforts. Ensuring the successful planning and reputed company Delivery/ reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) delivery of software applications and products to business stakeholders. You will reputed company multiple cross functional teams delivering, DevOps, Business Process Analysis, and Organizational Change Management IT services.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract win].
Project Management:
- Prepare reputed company migration and modernization schedule and milestones to deliver CI/CD pipelines for reputed company NIAID software applications.
- Managing finances and burn rates for reputed company and augmenting staff as needed.
- Analyze reputed company, multi-task interrelated reputed company, assess risk and mitigate potential risk to project reputed company.
- Prepare and present HHS reputed company Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) stage reputed company deliverables and presentations to review boards.
- Ensure Agile teams follow web and mobile UI/UX industry best practices, standards and lessons learned.
Agile Delivery:
- Foster a thriving and fast-paced work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Facilitate, manage, and maintain Agile artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, and sprint plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Scrum Masters to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal reviews throughout the development life cycle.
reputed company Migration:
- Assist business domain stakeholders with migration "lift and shift" cost-benefit analyses of on-premises vs. reputed company-based solutions.
- Support reputed company-reputed company application and infrastructure modernization efforts at NIAID.
- Assisting business domain stakeholders conduct market research on reputed company platforms and tools.
- Conducting reputed company-of-concept and reputed company reputed company to evaluate reputed company migration and modernization approaches
Salary reputed company: $115,000-$155,000

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company or reputed company field.
- reputed company Public Trust or higher reputed company clearance.
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience, with 5+ years of experience in Agile .NET implementations.
- Experience managing technology reputed company/programs with AWS reputed company products or other reputed company technologies, such as Azure highly desired.
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) Certification.
- Travel reputed company the Washington DC Metro Area, and CONUS as needed
