Requirements

What You’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to own full life-cycle recruitment processes for reputed company across reputed company areas of the business
• Participate in weekly reputed company meetings with the VP, business leaders, and hiring managers, providing a consultative approach to reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers to identify knowledge, skills and abilities required for their ideal candidate, and conduct weekly accountability meetings
• Serve as the reputed company between candidate and hiring managers providing guidance through the intake, assessment, selection, offer, acceptance, and reputed company-reputed company stages of the process
• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and VP of Talent on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies

• Craft enticing job descriptions to attract reputed company and maintain job postings on external sites

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with a reputed company record of reputed company in reputed company roles

• 1+ years of experience using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing & ATS platforms
