We are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to help reputed company from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process, answering their questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues.
Please pay attention to the fact that the basic schedule is 2/2 16:00 - 04:00 CET / 10:00 am - 10:00 pm EST (Adjusted with the reputed company Savings)
What you will do
- Help reputed company by answering their questions in chat rooms and mail channels;
- Accompany the learning process, communicate with the student guidance team;
- Work with a large reputed company of information and structure it accordingly.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English (reputed company);
- Customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and reputed company to multitask;
- General understanding of the IT industry and programming languages such as reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, Python;
